Step 2:
Sign up for swim team emails on the home page (if you haven't done so already). Please sign up both the athlete's and parent(s)'s emails. You may add as many emails as you like, but we must have at least one email per family. All team communication is done through email, so it important that you read the emails as they are sent!

Step 3:
Complete the registration form below:
(If you have more than one swimmer, you must register each swimmer seperately)
(one team t-shirt and one team cap are included as part of the splash fee. Additional caps and t-shirts can be ordered on the apparel order form.)

Please place your innitials in this box if you DO NOT want your child's photo used in press releases or on the website:

Step 4:
Next, you need to pay. This year we are using the school webstore to collect most of the fees. Click here and:
a.) Click on “Sports Participation” and pay for the Spring Sports Fee and
b.) click on “Sports Teams” and select “Swimming” and pay the $70 splash fee.
Once the “Spring Sports Participation” fee is paid, athletes can get their sports sticker (to be placed on the back of their student id) from Bob Wilson, the Athletic Director. Remember, that each athlete is required to have medical clearance to play a sport. |
Step 5:
We must also collect a $25 check payable to “Campolindo Swim Team Parent Fund” to cover the cost of snacks and other miscellaneous expenses. This check should be mailed to Doug Fowler, our team Treasurer, at 837 Las Trampas Road, Lafayette, CA 94549. |
Step 6:
Fees for suits and optional fashions will be paid directly to the individual vendors. A try on date will be announced soon.
